This is a small, self-hosted site, so this policy is short. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Who we are
ADCM IT Services INC is a technology consultancy incorporated in the State of Texas, USA. We are a US-based company, and the information described in this policy is processed and stored in the United States. This policy covers this website and the messages you send us through it.
What we collect
This is a static website, self-hosted on infrastructure ADCM controls. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers, scripts, or fonts. Personal information reaches us in two ways:
- The contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), and your message. Nothing more, and only when you choose to send it.
- Standard server logs. Like nearly every web server, ours keeps technical logs: IP address, browser user-agent, the pages requested, and timestamps. We use them to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
We use the information you send through the contact form solely to read and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list. Server logs are used only to operate and secure the site.
Who we share it with
We do not share personal information with third parties. The site and our email run on the company's own hosting with A2 Hosting, which acts as our hosting provider and processes data on our behalf to serve the site and deliver mail. The contact form uses no third-party form or email service; messages are delivered through our own mail server. We would disclose personal information only if the law required us to.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months from your last message to us, then deleted. Server logs follow our host's standard log retention and are not kept longer than needed for security and operations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@adcmitservices.com and we will respond. We may ask you to confirm you control the email address involved before we act on a request.
California privacy (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. ADCM does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To exercise them, email info@adcmitservices.com.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
