ADCM IT Services INC is a technology consultancy founded and led by Angel Carvajal, an engineer who has spent his career inside long-running production systems. He spent eight years building for Classmates (PeopleConnect), from product redesigns to payment and commerce integrations with Braintree, Adyen, and Magento. Since then, his work has centered on platform and architecture engagements across consulting and manufacturing.

The thesis

Software delivery is being rebuilt around AI, and most companies are getting the tooling without the structure. Speed without verification just ships mistakes faster.
